Monterrey, N.L.-<\/strong> De acuerdo a la resoluci\u00f3n del \u00f3rgano de justicia, el procedimiento deb\u00eda continuar con candidatos que presentaron toda la documentaci\u00f3n, de los cuales, todos fueron propuestos por el mandatario estatal.<\/p>\n Ante tal panorama, los legisladores de oposici\u00f3n aprobaron, de \u00faltimo minuto, anular el proceso de selecci\u00f3n y declarar la convocatoria desierta.<\/p>\n Es decir, se deshizo el proceso en su totalidad, por lo que al retomarse tendr\u00e1 que arrancar desde el lanzamiento de la convocatoria.<\/p>\n El dictamen fue aprobado con 25 votos a favor, cero en contra y cero abstenciones.<\/p>\n Por lo tanto, Pedro Arce seguir\u00e1 siendo el encargado de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de Nuevo Le\u00f3n.
