LUDOVIC DE SAINT SERNIN f/w 2019 – So proud to exclusively walk for my amazing and talented friend for Paris men’s fashion week! I first heard about Ludovic in NYC from a bunch of my fashionable LGBTQ+ friends, I was so curious to know who was this designer and what was he doing that was making everyone so excited. Luckily for me when I moved to Paris I was able to meet this incredible designer boy wonder in the flesh and we instantly hit it off. At my stage in the game I’ve had the pleasure to work with so many established brands and so many designers, but rarely do I get to work with someone taking such a huge risk and starting their own brand from scratch at such a young age. Ludovic’s work stood out to me because it represented a new way of dressing in the 21st century that I hadn’t seen before. He showcases men and women embracing their sensuality and femininity and bodies in a way that’s beautiful, cool, smart, and luxurious. When he asked me to walk his first ever fashion show I jumped at the opportunity. We had several fittings and meetings and every time I was amazed by his commitment and passion. Ludovic’s style of design represents for me the future of dressing where clothing isn’t gendered and glamour isn’t seen as ostentatious but a way of existing. Keep your eyes on this designer kids because he has BIG things in his future! @ludovicdesaintsernin @tom_van_dorpe
